Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, but we ask for your respect when it comes to canceling or rescheduling sessions. For free services such as resources, moral support, and health check-ins, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or last-minute changes can block a time slot that could have been used by someone else. Repeated cancellations or reschedules will require a deposit, which can be used as in-center credit at our Mr. Merch Store if you attend your session. If you don't show up, the deposit will be kept as a no-show fee. You can cancel or reschedule by logging into your account and clicking on Bookings. For all classes and courses, these are non-refundable and considered final sale. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before the start date, the amount paid can be applied to another class or course. Mentor & Coaching Sessions can only be rescheduled, not canceled. If you cancel, you forfeit the money paid. By respecting this policy, we can keep things running smoothly for everyone. Thanks for your understanding.
