What You’ll Gain:
Emergency Preparedness Training: Learn how to develop family emergency plans, build survival kits with essentials like food and first aid supplies, and respond effectively during crises like earthquakes or wildfires. Discover simple actions that can save lives in emergencies—like stopping bleeding or positioning someone safely until help arrives.
Self-Defense Basics: Master simple techniques anyone can use—regardless of size or strength—to protect yourself in dangerous situations. From situational awareness to escape techniques, these skills are designed for real-world scenarios.
Why It Matters:
Emergencies don’t wait until you're ready—but this workshop ensures that when they happen, you will be. These skills give you peace of mind knowing that no matter what life throws at you—natural disasters or personal threats—you have the knowledge and confidence needed not just to survive but thrive. Each workshop is crafted not only as an opportunity for learning but also as a pathway toward empowerment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, but we ask for your respect when it comes to canceling or rescheduling sessions. For free services such as resources, moral support, and health check-ins, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or last-minute changes can block a time slot that could have been used by someone else. Repeated cancellations or reschedules will require a deposit, which can be used as in-center credit at our Mr. Merch Store if you attend your session. If you don't show up, the deposit will be kept as a no-show fee. You can cancel or reschedule by logging into your account and clicking on Bookings.
For all classes and courses, these are non-refundable and considered final sale. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before the start date, the amount paid can be applied to another class or course.
Mentor & Coaching Sessions can only be rescheduled, not canceled. If you cancel, you forfeit the money paid.
By respecting this policy, we can keep things running smoothly for everyone. Thanks for your understanding.
