In-Person Physical Health Check-In is your no-BS way to make sure you’re running right and ready to take on whatever comes your way. This isn’t some long, drawn-out doctor visit. We’re not here to practice medicine, but we’re giving you the essentials to stay on top of your health. We’ll do a quick check of your vitals, ask you the tough questions about sleep, eating, diet, exercise, and even libido—because we know it all matters. We’ll also offer rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, give you condoms, harm reduction supplies like Narcan, Fentanyl testing strips, and similar items, and get you pointed in the right direction for what’s next. We don’t just stop there. We make sure you know what kind of health checks you should be getting based on your age and conditions. Need PrEP? We’ll make sure you’re set up. We’ll also give you some solid advice on what supplements to consider and how to tweak your daily habits so you can be operating at peak performance. You’ve been putting in the work; now it’s time to make sure your body is up for the fight. No shame, no judgment.
