Sometimes, you just need to sit down face-to-face, no screens, no distractions, just raw, real conversation. That’s what the In-Person Free Resource Check-In at the Men’s Resource Center is all about. It’s boots-on-the-ground help, where you walk into our center and leave with a plan to tackle whatever’s holding you back. For 30 minutes, you’ll meet with another person who’s been where you are. This isn’t some desk jockey with a pamphlet—it’s someone with lived experience, trauma-informed training, and the know-how to cut through the noise and give you real solutions. Whether you’re staring down eviction, need work leads, wrestling with the system, or just figuring out where to even start, this is your moment to get clear answers. We’ll connect you with the right resources—housing programs, legal aid, job training, mental health services—you name it. If it’s out there, we’ll help you find it. This isn’t just about pointing you in the right direction. It’s about looking each other in the eye, shaking hands, and walking out with a game plan. Because sometimes, that personal connection makes all the difference. At the Men’s Resource Center, we’re not here to judge. We’re here to help you fight back, build up, and get what you need to level up. You’ve got the grit—we’ve got the roadmap. Come in, sit down, and let’s make it happen. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, but we ask for your respect when it comes to canceling or rescheduling sessions. For free services such as resources, moral support, and health check-ins, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or last-minute changes can block a time slot that could have been used by someone else. Repeated cancellations or reschedules will require a deposit, which can be used as in-center credit at our Mr. Merch Store if you attend your session. If you don't show up, the deposit will be kept as a no-show fee. You can cancel or reschedule by logging into your account and clicking on Bookings. For all classes and courses, these are non-refundable and considered final sale. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before the start date, the amount paid can be applied to another class or course. Mentor & Coaching Sessions can only be rescheduled, not canceled. If you cancel, you forfeit the money paid. By respecting this policy, we can keep things running smoothly for everyone.
