IN PERSON CLASS The HuMAN Program is a 24 Session 12-week/Twice Weekly court-ordered or voluntary crash course in empathy, respect, and accountability. It’s not about excuses—it’s about learning what it means to be a decent human being and putting it into action. What It’s About This program is grounded in universal acceptance—teaching men how to accept themselves and others without the bias, blame, or excuses that hold them back. You’ll learn to understand others’ experiences and realize that differences don’t divide us—they make us stronger. Core Principles Disabilities Are Not Weaknesses Learn to navigate life with physical, mental, or learning challenges while respecting others doing the same. Diversity is Strength Move past racial, sexual, and religious biases to see the connections that unite us. Equity Levels the Playing Field Understand the difference between fairness and sameness.
